I'm biochemist and crystallographer and I started working on glycoside hydrolases during my PhD at the Station Biologique de Roscoff (France) in the group marine glycobiology and under the supervision of Dr. Mirjam Czjzek and Dr. Gurvan Michel. My work focused on iota-carrageenase (GH82) and α-1,3-L-(3,6-anhydro)-galactosidase (GH117). Since June 2010, I am post-doctor at the university of Gothenburg in the Biochemistry and Biophysics group. I am now working on uncoupling proteins, a subject which does not concern CAZymes.
