CBM7 is a deleted family

CBM7 (previously "CBD family VII") was created following observations described in a review by Tomme, Warren, and Gilkes [1] (see section 3.3.1). However, no carbohydrate-binding function has ever been found experimentally with this sequence and the family was deleted from the CAZy classification consequently.
