CAZypedia needs your help! We have many unassigned GH, PL, CE, AA, GT, and CBM pages in need of Authors and Responsible Curators.
Scientists at all career stages, including students, are welcome to contribute to CAZypedia. Read more here, and in the 10th anniversary article in Glycobiology.

This pages lists all the Glycosyltransferase (GT) Family pages in CAZypedia that have been given Curator Approved status, as well as those that are currently under construction.

The Lexicon entry Glycosyltransferases contains an introduction and overview to this class of enzymes. The classification mirrors that of the CAZy database [1], which itself is based on the sequence-based families of glycosyltransferases as described in [2, 3, 4, 5].

Note: The GT pages are still very much in a beta test stage, especially regarding standardization of the style and content. We therefore welcome input from the community on these issues. You can reach the CAZypedia team using this form, or by contacting the Primary Curator directly.

Curator Approved

There are currently 4 Curator Approved(definition) Glycosyltransferase Family pages in CAZypedia.

Under construction

There are currently 1 Glycosyltransferase Family pages under construction(definition) in CAZypedia.
