CAZypedia needs your help! We have many unassigned GH, PL, CE, AA, GT, and CBM pages in need of Authors and Responsible Curators.
Scientists at all career stages, including students, are welcome to contribute to CAZypedia. Read more here, and in the 10th anniversary article in Glycobiology.

The pages listed below comprise a lexicon of key terms and concepts in CAZypedia. Specifically, the aim of the lexicon is to provide a precise definition of various specialized terms unique to carbohydrate chemistry [1, 2], as well as a general overview of the catalytic mechanisms of the major CAZyme classes [3, 4, 5, 6].

Curator Approved

There are currently 24 Curator Approved(definition) Lexicon pages in CAZypedia.

Under construction

There are currently 1 Lexicon pages under construction(definition) in CAZypedia.
