Dr. ^^^Masahiro Nakajima^^^ had supported my work since I was a 4th undergraduate student. During my Ph.D. course, I contributed to structural and biochemical analysis of β-1,2-glucan-associated proteins, one of which is a [[GH144]] bacterial ''endo''-β-1,2-glucanse Abe2017. I moved to Agricultural Bioinformatics Research Unit, the University of Tokyo as a postdoctral fellow under Dr. Tohru Terada and engaged in structural analysis of various proteins using molecular simulation techniques (2018-2019). I am currently working as an applications scientist for MOLSIS Inc. (2019-) and especially interested in ''in silico'' pharmacology.

I obtained my bachelor's and master's degrees at Department of Applied Biological Science, Tokyo University of Science under the supervision of Dr. Hayao Taguchi and Dr. ^^^Masahiro Nakajima^^^. Then, I moved to Department of Biotechnology, Graduate School of Agricultural and Life Sciences, The University of Tokyo, where I completed my Ph.D. course under the supervision of Dr. ^^^Shinya Fushinobu^^^ and Dr. Takatoshi Arakawa in 2018. During my Ph.D. course, I contributed to structural and biochemical analysis of β-1,2-glucan-associated proteins, one of which is a GH144 bacterial endo-β-1,2-glucanse [1]. I moved to Agricultural Bioinformatics Research Unit, the University of Tokyo as a postdoctral fellow under Dr. Tohru Terada and engaged in structural analysis of various proteins using molecular simulation techniques (2018-2019). My research interests currently concern in silico pharmacology.
