Satoshi Kaneko is a professor at Department of Subtropical Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of the Ryukyus located in Okinawa island, Japan. Before I move to Okinawa, I was an Senior Researcher in the Food Biotechnology Division at the National Food Research Institute (NFRI) in Tsukuba Japan.
