Hitomi Ichinose is a postdoctoral fellow in the National Food Research Institute, National Agriculture and Food Research Organization, Japan. She joined the group of Dr. Satoshi Kaneko (2000-2012). She has been working on GHs, especially working on hemicellulases such as arabinogalactan-proteins, arabinan, and xylan-degrading enzymes.
