Ethan Goddard-Borger obtained his BSc in chemistry from the University of Western Australia in 2004 then proceeded to undertake studies towards a PhD at the same insitution under the supervision of Prof. Robert Stick. After being awarded a PhD in 2008, Ethan moved to Canada to undertake postdoctoral studies with Prof. Steve Withers at the University of British Columbia. He has a keen interest in carbohydrate processing enzymes, medicinal chemistry and synthetic chemical methodology.
