Dear Profs. S. Withers and S. Williams,

Small error found: the drawing of the molecule at the right in the first picture still shows the enol form instead of the ketone.

On another level - please don't feel offended - there is a possibility (I may be wrong though) that these enzymes use another mechanism that leads to the same outcome and that may also fit with all observed results.
