Auxiliary Activity Families

This pages lists all the Auxiliary Activity (AA) Family pages in CAZypedia that have been given Curator Approved status, as well as those that are currently under construction.

The 2013 publication by Levasseur, et al., provides an introduction and overview to this class of enzymes [1].

Note: The AA pages are still very much in a fledgling stage, especially regarding standardization of the style and content. We therefore welcome input from the community on these issues. Likewise, if you would like to offer to act as a Responsible Curator or Author of an AA page, please contact us.
