From discussion at ICS2010, Spencer Williams + Motomitsu Kitaoka, to-do list:
- Only retaining phosphorylase is sucrose phosphorylase, which is alpha -> alpha. <change mechanism to match. GH13 enzyme.
- Add references, get some from Moto.
- 2002 Trends in Glycoscience & Glycotechnology PDF file
- Add list of phosphorylase families
- Add table of activities/families
